Sentia Spirits is an innovative alternative to alcohol, created for consumers looking for a different kind of drinking experience.
With an unfamiliar product category and a growing opportunity in the US market, Sentia needed to do more than generate traffic.
The objective was to educate consumers, build trust, improve website conversion, and create a paid media system capable of driving profitable and consistent growth.
Sentia had a product with clear market potential, but the category itself required education.
Consumers were unfamiliar with the product, how it worked, why it was different, and where it fitted into their lifestyle.
This created a challenge beyond traditional acquisition.
The marketing needed to explain the product while simultaneously creating demand and converting that demand into revenue.
Sentia was not simply competing for attention. It was introducing consumers to a new way of drinking.
This created several challenges:
The biggest barrier to growth wasn’t traffic. It was understanding.
When consumers don’t immediately understand the product, creative needs to do more than capture attention.
It needs to educate, build trust, create desire, and move the customer towards conversion.
We built a connected growth system where creative, paid media, education, and conversion optimisation worked together.
We developed UGC campaigns designed to introduce Sentia to the US market through relatable, human-led content.
Instead of relying purely on product shots and promotional messaging, creative showed consumers what Sentia was, why it was different, and how it could fit into their lives.
This allowed the brand to educate the market while simultaneously generating demand.
We created an ongoing testing framework across: Hooks, Messages, Formats, Angles & Creatives.
Performance data was used to identify which concepts generated the strongest commercial signals.
Creative was treated as an ongoing growth system rather than a one-off production exercise.
We continuously refined campaign structure, audiences, creative, and budget allocation based on performance data.
We also focused on click attribution to maintain a more conservative view of paid media performance.
Despite this approach, Sentia consistently achieved: 2–3x ROAS using click attribution alone.
Generating more traffic only creates value when that traffic converts.
We therefore worked beyond the ad account, identifying opportunities across the customer journey to improve the website’s ability to convert new visitors.
This helped turn more of the demand generated through paid media into revenue.
The combination of creative-led acquisition, paid media optimisation, and conversion improvements generated significant commercial growth.

Increased return on ad spend through continuous creative testing, paid media optimisation, and improved conversion performance.

Increased revenue from the US market by connecting education, acquisition, and conversion into one growth system.

Improved website conversion rate, allowing more of the traffic generated through paid media to become customers.

Maintained consistent ROAS using click attribution only, providing a more conservative measurement of paid media performance.
Sentia needed to build demand for a category consumers were still learning about.
By connecting education, creative, paid media, and conversion optimisation, we created a stronger customer journey:
Awareness → Education → Trust → Conversion → Revenue
The result was measurable commercial growth:
More importantly, Sentia had a structured system for continuing to learn what consumers responded to and turning those insights into further growth.
